## Frequently asked questions about pricing

### Why are there no amounts here yet?

Because we are starting with our first customers and setting the prices with them. Once there is a price list it will be here, with the same packages.

### Is the core workflow tied to add-ons?

No. Import, data entry, evidence, supplier requests, review, publication and export belong to the platform licence. Add-ons only cover extras such as API access or the AI assistant.

### What happens to published passports when an invoice stays unpaid?

Only paid add-on features stop. Your data, your exports and your published passports stay available.

### How is billing done?

Monthly by invoice, annually on request. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
